It was scheduled to be picked up at the Denham Spring Store Oct 5th. I lost my order number and not able to find email from Home Depot. BBB Business Profiles are provided solely to assist you in exercising your own best judgment.
They were to have been delivered May 23rd. We ordered all in stock cabinets. We did not receive the entire order on May 23rd. I was told the rest would be delivered on the next day May 24th.
Customer service - scheduling a pickup for a return
I’m not sure it even went thru, but as I was looking it was shipping to the wrong store. I need it shipped to Issaquah WA Home Depot store. This is the second order that they couldn't deliver to the right place! The first time they dropped the order in Clearwater, Florida, on October 16th and the shipping label clearly said Marshall, Missouri.
“This was truly a team effort and validates our focus and passion for customer service and exceeding customer’s expectations”. Delivery was fast and on time but the installer didn't speak any English so communication was difficult. He didn't have the necessary tools to assemble the treadmill and needed to borrow a screwdriver to complete the assembly. We used google translate for that conversation. When he was done, he showed me the treadmill and kept pushing me to sign an acknowledgement form.
Dealing with NSD shipping?
I will be contacting Home Depot and letting them know they have a problem and they need to come and pick their item up since NSD can't manage to do their jobs. NSD Nonstop Delivery's customer service can give you an estimation of the arrival date and time. Yet, shipping companies do not have the ability to find out exactly when a delivery person or a carrier will arrive at a specific location. The volume of mail and parcels fluctuates daily; therefore, delivery times are not guaranteed.
I turned the treadmill on and it kept making an unusual banging noise. Installer still kept pushing paperwork towards me for a signature. They also left a mess of styrofoam and packing material in the room they unpackaged the treadmill. Not as big a deal as possibly assembling the treadmill improperly but -- still -- not as professional an experience as I've had in the past. I didn’t order through a store, just online.

They received the boxes on 9/16 and have LOST them in their Dallas terminal. I have been on the phone with these people for over a week and they can’t seem to locate my 10 boxes that they signed for on 9/16. My entire project has been at a standstill for a week now waiting on these s to find my shipment.

It is now dec 9 and no word from anyone. Somebody has stolen my package from you and I need this to be fixed please. It was to be shipped to my home by Non Stop Delivery. Package tracking developed historically because it provided customers information about the route of a package and the anticipated date and time of delivery.
Got put on hold and when the rep came back on, she said they would probably call tomorrow to schedule a time. Then she proceeds to tell me it takes 24 to 48 BUSINESS hours (that's three to six days folks) to contact and schedule, which is totally unacceptable. That is definitely not anywhere near ANYONE's definition of "We'll be contacting you shortly to schedule your pick-up". This is what their automated response tells you. "Shortly" is within one business day. I've been waiting four days already.
I am still missing two cabinets from my order. The shipping company has not received the cabinets from Home Depot. Home Depot won’t tell me where the cabinets are or a tracking number or when I can more or less expect them. I have been calling 8 times and everyone has a different story to tell me. The installers are not going to wait around for me not knowing when these cabinets are coming in.
2 were the same ,1 was different. The carpet was delivered on October 1st, but they came with only 1 style of carpet for all 3 rooms. After s speaking with someone on the phone, they asked me if I wanted them to carpet one room.
